Zayna is where people in Tripoli find and trust home kitchens. These rules protect customers and kitchens alike, and apply to everything posted in the app: kitchen pages, products, photos, requests, offers and reviews. You must be 18 or older to use Zayna.
1. Not allowed on Zayna
- Inappropriate or violent images: nudity, sexual, gory or shocking images. Photos on Zayna are of real food and real work only.
- Abuse and threats: insults, bullying, harassment, and any threat, open or implied, against a person, their family or their home.
- Hate: attacking anyone for their origin, tribe, city, religion or sex.
- Fake reviews: reviewing your own kitchen, trading reviews for anything, or reviewing a competitor to hurt them.
- Impersonation: pretending to be another kitchen or person, or using photos of someone else's work.
- Prohibited items: anything that isn't home-made food or drink, anything illegal, medicines and supplements, and alcohol.
- Spam and fraud: fake or duplicate requests, advertising, links, and asking for advance payment to defraud.
- Sharing other people's details: posting someone's phone number, address or photo without their permission.
2. What Zayna does
- New photos and text are checked automatically; anything that looks like a violation is hidden until a person on the Zayna team reviews it.
- The Zayna team reviews reports: urgent ones (threats, inappropriate images, food safety) the same day, others within 48 hours.
- We may hide content, suspend an account temporarily, or close it for serious or repeated violations.
- Every action we take is recorded, and we don't remove reviews just because they're negative.
3. How to report
Tap the ⋯ or flag button next to a kitchen, product, review, offer or request, choose "Report" and a reason. We never tell anyone who reported.
4. Blocking
You can block any kitchen or customer from the ⋯ button. Blocking is private: the other side isn't told. A blocked kitchen disappears from your browsing, neither of you sees the other's requests or offers, and you can't contact each other through Zayna. Unblock any time from Blocked in settings.
5. Appeals
If you think your content was hidden or your account suspended by mistake, email [email protected] with your account name and what happened, and another member of the team will review it.
6. If you're in danger
If you face a real threat to your safety, contact the authorities first, then report it to us so we can act in the app.
